In our multi-stage process, we check if you are a good fit for us - and we for you. We want to get to know you as well as possible, because a perfect match and long-term cooperation are important to us.
Optionally, we start with a short preliminary call (approx. 15 min.). Here we want to give you a brief insight into the position and learn a little more about you. We will also give you a brief overview of the next steps.
The first real meeting usually takes place via a video call with HR and, depending on the position, with the relevant department. In the first interview you will get a first overview about us and your potential future position at Talent Rocket GmbH. Furthermore, we want to know a bit more about your experience, your skills and your interest in Talent Rocket - and of course you can also ask us questions!
If you have convinced us and we have convinced you in the video call, you will get to know your team lead in the second interview. The focus of this interview is on your knowledge and your previous experience. In the form of a small case study we get first practical impressions. The case takes up to 4 hours in total. You will have three hours to familiarize yourself with the task. Afterwards, this will be discussed with the respective team lead.
In this interview you have the opportunity to get to know some of your potential future colleagues. The interview is a casual exchange with two colleagues. Here you will get additional impressions and can ask open questions.
We give you quick feedback at every step of the application process. As soon as we have discussed all the important key data and conditions with you, you will receive your contract as soon as possible.
Your onboarding starts as soon as you sign the contract. Until your start, we will be in close contact and invite you to internal celebrations. As soon as you have your first working day with us, you can be sure that everything is optimally prepared and your first weeks with us are planned through.

It is very important to us that each employee finds his or her role and has a lot of fun with us from day 1. In addition to an individual onboarding plan for the first few weeks, product training, training on all tools, our new employees also get to know their colleagues in short introductory meetings.
