The Customer Success team at Talent Rocket is really an absolute unit and it's fun to see how we all always pull together. For me personally, it is a great enrichment every day to be able to lead such an agile and great team. I am very grateful that Talent Rocket has enabled me to take the career step from Team Lead to Head of Customer Success and I am looking forward to many more challenges!
I work part-time in the Finance team at Talent Rocket. I started after the birth of my first child and was surprised how well I was able to reconcile work and family, despite the partly very responsible and varied tasks. Above all, this is possible due to the flexibility I have in performing my job, as well as the flat hierarchies and short communication channels. I am happy to be part of such a young and motivated team!
Onboarding is written in capital letters at Talent Rocket! From many get-to-know calls with the individual teams to strategic onboarding on the new topics and tasks, you are given all the tools you need for a successful start right from day one! Although I work from home, I have the feeling of being part of a close-knit and motivated team with committed and helpful colleagues. Especially for me as a remote employee, it is totally important to be able to maintain a close exchange with my colleagues despite the physical distance and to fully benefit from the team spirit and the power of Talent Rocket even from the home office.
At Talent Rocket, great value is placed on the individual development of each and every employee. I really appreciate the fact that I am given a lot of trust and that my personal potential is encouraged. In order to settle well into my new role as team leader - my first leadership position - I am supported by a coach, for example, and receive regular training.
Since I joined Talent Rocket, I've gone from being the biggest home office fan to a real office goer. This is mainly due to my colleagues, with whom I enjoy the exchange - we laugh a lot together and support each other - but also because I can always bring my dog with me and she is also welcome here. We even have our own nickname for her.
Talent Rocket definitely gave me the best onboarding experience I’ve ever had including Relocation support from India to Munich. It’s super nice to be part of such team with amazing people. Another best part is the ‘working from where you love’ model, empowering me to work from wherever I love and accompanying me on this journey of exploration. I can work from my hometown in India in the mountains, or from a mediterranean beach in Spain, with the same peace of mind as on a Monday from our beautiful Munich office.
