The People & Finance department is where all the threads are pulled together. In addition to process optimization and all internal personnel matters - including recruiting and the onboarding of new employees - our People Team also takes care of office management.

We accompany our candidates through the entire employee lifecycle. During the entire application process we are in close contact with our candidates and prepare with our onboarding an unforgettable start at Talent Rocket GmbH. In close cooperation with the corresponding team leads, we work out development opportunities for individual team members so that each employee can become who he or she wants to be.At least three times a year, we try to bring the entire team together.The planning of each team event is in our hands and is a little surprise for the whole team every year.
Every early summer we have our summer party. As a company based in Munich, we can't miss the Wiesn, of course. Here we all dress traditionally in Tracht and enjoy the delicious delicacies and Maß Bier in the Schützenzelt.During the Advent season we also organize a Christmas party.
Our Office & Feelgood Manager takes care of all matters to make working as pleasant as possible. We provide our colleagues with cool drinks, coffee or tea and snacks and make sure that our offices are tidy and also a place to feel good.
Our Finance Team works very closely with our management and is also in very close communication with our tax office. They keep track of all evaluations and budgets!
We manage our entire corporate controlling internally and are always up to date here. Accounting and payroll accounting have been outsourced to us. Nevertheless, we take over the preparations for this every month and facilitate the work of our tax and payroll office. Process optimizationIn a growing company, there are constantly processes that can be optimized. We always work with foresight and are on the lookout for processes that we can make even better and more efficient for the entire team.
We are very proud to be able to call ourselves a certified training company of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) since September 2020. Our first trainee Luise has successfully completed her training.
